Aph99 may suspend accounts for the following reasons: breach of rules, suspicious activity, verification failure, suspected money laundering, access from prohibited countries. Suspended accounts cannot be logged into and funds will be frozen. If no violations are found after investigation is complete, the account will be reactivated.
In cases of serious violations, accounts will be permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited. This includes: proven fraud, multiple account abuse, money laundering, illegal activity. Permanently closed accounts will never be reopened and creating new accounts is prohibited.

Aph99 provides services on an "as is" basis without any guarantees. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure services. aph99's maximum liability is limited to your account balance.
